This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website, https://d1dx.com ("Site"), or any D1DX subdomain (see Subdomains). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, and other contact details you provide when contacting us.
Usage Data: Information about your interactions with our Site, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referral source, pages visited, and the dates/times of your visits.

We use the official WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta) to respond to customer inquiries that you initiate. Customer-initiated only: we do not send proactive marketing messages, broadcasts, or promotional content via WhatsApp — we reply only to messages you send us first, within WhatsApp's customer-service window. Data handling: messages you exchange with us via WhatsApp are processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. under WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms of service; we retain message content within our customer-support system (Chatwoot) to maintain conversation continuity and to comply with applicable record-keeping obligations, limited to the period necessary for those purposes. Your choices: you can stop messaging us at any time. To request deletion of WhatsApp conversation data we hold about you, contact [email protected].
We aim to keep tracking to a minimum. On d1dx.com we do not set any cookies from a simple page visit. Two categories of tool are active, described below: one that never sets a cookie and needs no consent, and two that set a cookie only if you actively opt in via the cookie banner (or start a live chat).
Matomo Analytics (self-hosted) — Provider: self-hosted by D1DX Ltd. on analytics.d1dx.cloud. Purpose: aggregate traffic measurement with full data control. Cookies set: none — Matomo runs in cookieless mode and IP addresses are anonymised; no personal data is sent to any third party. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — no consent required.
Google Analytics 4 — Provider: Google LLC. Purpose: understand how visitors use our site. Cookies set: _ga, _ga_* — only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Data may be transferred to Google outside the EU/IL. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Meta Pixel — Provider: Meta Platforms, Inc. Purpose: measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Cookies set: _fbp — only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Data may be transferred to Meta outside the EU/IL and used for ad measurement/retargeting. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Live Chat (Chatwoot, self-hosted) — Provider: self-hosted by D1DX Ltd. on chat.d1dx.cloud. Purpose: powers the on-site live-chat widget. Cookies set: one functional cookie (cw_conversation) — set only if you click "Chat" and start a conversation, so we can keep that conversation open as you browse. No cookie is set from simply visiting the page. Legal basis: legitimate interest / provision of the service you request (Article 6(1)(f)/(b) GDPR).
D1DX subdomains may run a different, narrower set of tools than the hub — see Subdomains for what actually runs on each. This section is updated the moment any subdomain's tracking changes, so it always matches the live stack.
Spam protection. The contact form is protected by client-side technical measures only — a hidden honeypot field and a submission-timing check — not by a third-party CAPTCHA. These measures set no cookies and share no data with third parties.
Managing cookies. Use the cookie banner (or the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer) to accept, reject, or change your Analytics/Marketing preferences at any time. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not affect how the Site works, aside from disabling any tool you had opted into.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://d1dx.com and its subdomains ("Site"), operated by D1DX Ltd. ("D1DX", "we", "our", or "us"), an Israeli company (registration number 519093143, registered office: HaAvoda 7, Ariel 4071907, Israel). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
D1DX is a digital-transformation studio providing professional services to businesses and nonprofit organizations — including AI automation, workflow integration, custom development, consulting, and ongoing support. Engagements are individually scoped under separate written agreements. The Site itself is informational: it describes our offering, hosts a contact form for prospective clients, and provides customer-service channels (email, telephone, WhatsApp Business) for existing clients.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the Site in any way that violates applicable Israeli or international law; attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including by submitting automated requests, scraping, or other forms of unauthorized access; impersonate D1DX or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any party; use the contact form to send unsolicited promotional content, malware, or otherwise abusive material.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the D1DX name and mark, and the underlying design and code — is owned by D1DX or its licensors and is protected by Israeli and international intellectual property laws. You may view and reference the Site for personal and lawful business evaluation purposes; any other use (reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use) requires our prior written permission.
Information you submit via the contact form (name, contact details, message body) is used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Treatment of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting the form you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share any business contact information included.
We use the official WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta) as a customer-service channel. We respond only to messages you initiate with us; we do not send proactive marketing, broadcasts, or promotional content via WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp to communicate with us is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, in addition to ours. See section 11 of our Privacy Policy for data-handling details.
The Site uses or links to third-party services (including Cloudflare for hosting and edge delivery, Meta for WhatsApp Business messaging, and Chatwoot for customer-support conversation handling). Site analytics on d1dx.com run on self-hosted Matomo operated by D1DX — cookieless, with no data shared with any third party. D1DX subdomains may load additional third-party services (fonts, CDN-hosted libraries); see Subdomains for the current list per subdomain. Each third-party service operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D1DX, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed ILS 1,000.
You agree to indemnify and hold D1DX harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are engaged in conduct that may harm D1DX, other users, or third parties. Sections 4 (Intellectual Property), 8 (No Warranty), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) survive any termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts in the Central District of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

D1DX operates several subdomains under d1dx.com. Each links back to this page for its legal documents rather than authoring its own. Where a subdomain's technical data practices differ from the d1dx.com hub described above, they are stated here — kept current to the live, deployed build of each site.
What it is: an interactive, playable 3D-office demo that pitches D1DX's autonomous-agent agency. It runs entirely in your browser — there is no D1DX-operated backend or API behind it.
Third-party CDN hotlinks (IP transfer): to render, the page loads code and fonts directly from three third-party CDNs, each of which receives your IP address and standard request metadata (browser, referrer) as an ordinary consequence of serving the file — no D1DX server sits in between:
fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — typeface files.cdn.jsdelivr.net) — the three.js 3D-rendering library.unpkg.com) — React, ReactDOM, and Babel (the runtime that renders the page).Each of these providers processes your request under its own privacy policy; D1DX does not control what they log or how long they retain it. We chose these because they are widely used, SRI-pinned where practical, and don't require an account or cookie on your side.
Browser storage: the game engine saves your progress locally, in your own browser, under the localStorage key d1dx_office_v2. This holds only in-game state (office layout, unlocked content) — no personal identifiers, and it is never transmitted to D1DX or anyone else. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
Cookies & analytics: runs self-hosted Matomo (cookieless — no cookie, no consent needed), the same optional live-chat widget as the hub (self-hosted Chatwoot — a functional cookie only if you click "Chat" and start a conversation), and the same opt-in analytics & marketing stack described in §12 (Meta Pixel now; Google Analytics once a property is enabled for this subdomain) — these set cookies only if you accept via the cookie banner. Decline, and only the cookieless/essential tools run.
Contact / navigation: the site's calls-to-action are a mailto:[email protected] link and a Google Calendar booking link; no form data is collected on agents.d1dx.com itself.
academy.d1dx.com and danielrudaev.com carry their own data-practices disclosures where their stack differs from the hub (academy: academy.d1dx.com/legal/). This page is updated to add a subdomain the moment it goes live with a distinct practice worth disclosing separately.
