We retain message content within our customer-support system (Chatwoot) to maintain conversation continuity and to comply with applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention is limited to the period necessary for those purposes.

Purpose: Analytics — we run a self-hosted Matomo instance to measure aggregate traffic with full data control.
Cookies set: None — Matomo is configured in cookieless mode and IP addresses are anonymised. No personal data is sent to any third party.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because Matomo operates without cookies and without transferring data outside our infrastructure, no consent is required for this tracker.
